Park Sydney Apartments – Erskineville
The 6.9-hectare Park Sydney precinct includes is a high-density development consisting of 330 residential apartments across nine buildings. Named after two of Australia’s national parks, Park Sydney’s first landmark buildings Botany and Cascade were designed by award-winning WMK Architecture and reflect Australia’s natural environment in their design. The Park Sydney precinct has been classified as one of the biggest urban renewal sites within the City of Sydney and has been the subject of extensive master planning.
